Waiver
The waiver by either User or Ambrosia of a breach or right under this Agreement will not represent a waiver of any ensuing breach or right. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or untrue by a court of jurisdiction, such provision shall be cut off from the remainder of this Agreement which otherwise will remain in full effect.

Disclaimer
THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS WITHIN THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, AND THE USER AGREES THAT AMBROSIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE. USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY INVOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. Reservation of Rights
Any rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.

Legal Concerns
This Agreement between Ambrosia and User shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal actions related to this Agreement and/or the Site, or your use thereof, shall be presented and conducted in Carson City, Nevada. User hereby accepts such jurisdiction and agrees with service of process for personal jurisdiction in any action against him or her as stated by this section. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, User agrees that any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed within (6) six months after such claim or it will be forever expelled. Our inability or failure to enforce any condition of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of such condition nor the right to enforce such condition.
